How do virtual bookkeeping services work?
We use QuickBooks Online. We can access most of your records online. This allows us to get your statements, view your business transaction activity without having to bother you for the information. If you would prefer, you can provide us with that information.
What are your service fees?
Our packages start at $299
per month. This includes account reconciliation with Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and Statement of Cash Flows. The frequency of services and the level of complexity will increase the base price.
Do you have more than one company? We offer a discount for multiple entities.
We also offer catch up/clean up services billed at an hourly rate.
What if I don't have QuickBooks?
Not a problem. We are partnered with a provider to offer QuickBooks at a discounted rate.
When can I expect my financial reports every month?
We aim to deliver your financial reports to you by the 15th of each month following the prior month's closing. Need them sooner? We are flexible and will work to accommodate your needs.
What type of security do you have in place?
We understand the importance of being able to trust your financial information to a reliable company. We carry Errors and Omissions insurance. The privacy of our customers is extremely important to us and we will not share your information with third parties. Any of your data that is used will be held in the strictest confidence.
